1. Geltungsbereich / 1. Scope of Application
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge über Coaching-, Mentoring- und Beratungsleistungen zwischen Jill Walzer (nachfolgend „Anbieterin“) und dem/der Auftraggeber*in.
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for coaching, mentoring, and consulting services between Jill Walzer (hereinafter “Provider”) and the client.
2. Vertragsgegenstand / 2. Subject of the Contract
Die Anbieterin erbringt Dienstleistungen in Form von Coaching, Mentoring, strategischer Beratung und Workshop-Formaten. Ein Erfolg im Sinne eines bestimmten, messbaren Resultats wird nicht geschuldet.
The Provider offers services in the form of coaching, mentoring, strategic consulting, and workshop formats. A specific measurable result is not guaranteed.
3. Terminvereinbarungen & Stornierungsbedingungen / 3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Vereinbarte Termine sind verbindlich.
3.2 Eine kostenfreie Stornierung oder Terminverschiebung ist bis spätestens 48 Stunden vor dem Termin möglich.
3.3 Bei Absagen, die später als 48 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgen, wird das volle Honorar fällig.
3.4 Bei Nichterscheinen ohne vorherige Absage wird das volle Honorar fällig.
3.5 Maßgeblich für die Fristwahrung ist der Eingang der Stornierung per E-Mail an info@jillwalzer.com.
3.1 Agreed appointments are binding.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
3.3 For cancellations made later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged.
3.4 In case of no-shows without prior cancellation, the full fee will be charged.
3.5 The receipt of cancellation via email to info@jillwalzer.com is decisive for meeting the deadline.
4. Zahlungsbedingungen / 4. Payment Terms
4.1 Die Vergütung richtet sich nach den im Angebot oder auf der Webseite ausgewiesenen Preisen. Alle Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
4.2 Die Zahlung erfolgt entweder vor Ort in bar, per EC-Karte oder via PayPal an die Anbieterin.
4.3 Rechnungen sind spätestens am Tag des vereinbarten Termins oder im Voraus zu begleichen.
4.1 The fees are based on the prices stated in the offer or on the website. All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
4.2 Payment can be made on-site in cash, by debit card (EC card), or via PayPal to the Provider. 4.3 Invoices must be paid on the day of the appointment or in advance.
5. Haftung / 5. Liability
Die Anbieterin haftet für Schäden nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Für Folgeschäden oder entgangenen Gewinn wird keine Haftung übernommen. Die Teilnahme an Coachings, Workshops und Beratungen erfolgt eigenverantwortlich.
The Provider is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for consequential damages or lost profits. Participation in coaching, workshops, and consultations is at the client's own responsibility.
6. Vertraulichkeit / 6. Confidentiality
Die Anbieterin verpflichtet sich, alle im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit erlangten Informationen vertraulich zu behandeln und Dritten nicht zugänglich zu machen.
The Provider commits to treating all information obtained during the collaboration confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties.
7. Urheberrechte / 7. Copyright
Alle von der Anbieterin bereitgestellten Unterlagen, Konzepte und Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Eine Vervielfältigung, Weitergabe oder Veröffentlichung ist nur mit ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Zustimmung gestattet.
All materials, concepts, and content provided by the Provider are protected by copyright. Duplication, distribution, or publication is only permitted with explicit written consent.
8. Schlussbestimmungen / 8. Final Provisions
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Berlin. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Should individual provisions of these T&C be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
